It is the mission of MENTOR to help America’s young people by connecting them with mentors – caring adults who will listen to them, stand by them and help them develop to their fullest potential. The current mentoring gap ─ the difference between available mentors and young Americans wishing to have a mentor ─ is at 15 million.
